ORDER PROCESSING
All standard orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Processing times may increase during high-demand releases, holidays, or promotional periods.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through images, descriptions, and other visual content. However, actual product colors, textures, details, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to factors such as screen display settings, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing processes, and production variations. These minor differences do not constitute defects and are considered normal variations in the production and display of our products.
PRE-ORDERS (READ CAREFULLY)
Some products may be sold as pre-order items.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pre-order items typically require 4–8 weeks for production and fulfillment
- Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, demand volume, or carrier delays
Pre-orders are made specifically for customers after purchase. Because of this:
- All pre-order sales are final
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production officially begins
- Customers understand they are purchasing an item that is not immediately available for shipment
SHIPPING
LA VENTURA offers worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic (United States): 3–14 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Customs duties
- Import taxes and fees associated with international orders
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LA VENTURA is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
However, we will reasonably assist customers in filing claims or locating shipments when possible.
LA VENTURA is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Original tags must still be attached
- Item must be returned in original condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Final sale items
- Sold-out or limited-release items
- Pre-order products
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
At this time, LA VENTURA does not offer size or product exchanges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information carefully before purchasing.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before shipment or before production begins for pre-order items. Once production or shipment has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.

- Limit quantities purchased
- Discontinue products at any time
- Cancel orders due to inventory errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues
If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
FRAUD & ABUSE
LA VENTURA reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
- Refuse service to anyone for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms
- Limit or block access to the website when necessary for security purposes
- Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be restricted from future purchases and subject to further review where appropriate.
